It can be because of allergies, fat, or even signs of early aging. Our eye bags can keep fluid; that’s why the area gets swollen with minimum carelessness. After a certain age, gravity plays a big role in puffy eyes when you lack elasticity in the skin. but do you know that with some simple exercise for eye bags and care you can get rid of it? Here’s some exercise and remedies to get rid of puffy eyes very effectively and shortest time possible.
Palming the eyes exercise
Keep both of your palms on your eyes and make them warm with it. Rub both of your palms on eyes with gentleness. It will create a generous heat on the eyes. The heat will give you comfort. Keep the warm palms on your eyes till you feel your eyelids are transferring heat. Keep breathing steadily to comfort the mind. When you feel that the heat does not comfort the eyes anymore, finish by taking hands off your eyes.
Our optic nerves get a soothing feel by palming. Do this often. If your puffy eyes are because of less sleep, then sit in a dark room with your elbow in your eyes. Make sure that you are not pressing against your eyes or skin too hard. Or it will give you wrinkles in the future.
30-second eye massage
Tap a circle around your eyes with the help of the index and middle finger of yours. It will get more blood circulation around the eyes. Go to the upper sides of eyebrows and under the circle of eyes. Make the circle and keep following it. If you use eye cream while doing this, it will be more beneficial. Do the eye circle three times.
After that, with your middle finger press under your eyebrows to the side of your nose. Firmly go inward to outward from this place three times. The cold spoon method
